A report from Bloomingdales in Chicago

Reader Siby visited the Bloomingdales on Michigan Ave. and sent me this report:

"I thought it was sour but I didn’t like the texture - too creamy and not frozen/icy enough - flavor was good though. A large cost almost 5 bucks. It tasted more like frozen plain yogurt rather than the Korean style...no fruit toppings either."

Thanks for the feedback!

Question: is there a Pinkberry store in Bloomingdales on Michigan ave now?

Good question! Bloomingdales serves Frogurt at their cafe, which is the closest thing Chicago has to Pinkberry-style yogurt yet.

Pinkberry stores are definitely stand-alones and they are very protective of their franchising.
